About Hannah

My life has always involved some sort of fitness, but it was motherhood and training in my thirties that truly shaped my journey. 

Behind the coach

I'm not just a fitness coach and personal trainer - behind the scenes I am a Mum to two beautiful boys that strives to make better choices every day so I can be the best version of myself, for me and my family.

As I've progressed through life and embraced motherhood, I've found myself reflecting on and evaluating my life goals. Taking care of my health and wellbeing has been at the centre.

As a woman, our body is constantly changing; and no two women are the same. These differences are what motivate me to learn about the female body so I can share that knowledge and provide support for ALL women, any age, level, or stage of their life.

 

Life can hold many challenges and barriers, but I want to teach you how we can still make huge changes within our lives regardless of them.

Self-care is not selfish, it's essential. When you take care of yourself, you have more to give to others.

So prioritise your wellbeing, honour your boundaries, and make time for the activities that bring you joy.
